Shipping Policy

All domestic orders are shipped through the USPS and UPS International orders are shipped through DHL.

NOTE: There is a 1-3 day processing time (excluding major holidays) before shipment. Orders typically ship out Monday-Thursday- weekend orders mainly ship out on Mondays.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding major holidays).

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS:

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email.

You may check your status on USPS.COM. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen lost in U.S mail GrantedLuxe is not responsible. Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the USPS system, they are responsible for your package. If you do not receive your merchandise or miss the delivery please contact USPS.COM or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking number that was provided to you and they will further assist you in retrieving your merchandise or filing a claim.
